Joe Donnini is an experienced attorney, educator, and business consultant. Joe’s focus is in the fields of Corporate and Business, Intellectual Property, Franchise, Real Estate, Sports, Entertainment, Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Joe’s expertise has led him to assist both domestic and international clients in key areas of business creation, maintenance and disputes. During Joe’s career, he has served as General Counsel and business adviser to an international petroleum product company, as well as managing the franchise operations and legal affairs for the California and Hawaii RE/MAX Real Estate brand. When Joe is not in the office, you can find him at Whittier Law School teaching such courses as Modern Real Estate Transactions, International Intellectual Property, Copyright Law and Sports Law.
