Sally Huang dedicates her activities to the administration of trusts for Guzman Law Group clients. She provides personalized business services to clients who are acting as trustees in order to evaluate assets, interpret trust instruments, transfer and/or liquidate and distribute funds, coordinate sub-trust funding, resolve estate transfer issues, and facilitate the annual accounting to the beneficiaries. Sally has many years of experience administering complex trusts with sensitivity to family relationships and fiscal responsibility.
In addition, Sally advises small business owners on operational issues such as the preparation of employee manuals and implementation of company policy and has experience supporting non-profit organizations with business issues including obtaining and complying with federal “non-profit” status.
