Guzman Law Group Advises Micronova Manufacturing in Sale of Company

Guzman Law Group, P.C. is pleased to announce the sale of Micronova Manufacturing, Inc., a cleanroom supplies company serving the biotechnology, hi tech and pharmaceutical industries. Guzman Law Group, P.C. was the exclusive legal team to Micronova Manufacturing, Inc. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

Micronova Manufacturing Inc., a woman owned business, was established in Torrance, California in 1984 with the goal of servicing the emerging cleanroom markets in local aerospace, semiconductor and biotechnology.The company was the first to develop specially processed cleanroom tape for controlled environments. In recent years the company broadened its product range to meet the needs of aseptic processing in pharmaceutical and biotechnology sites. Standard-line products include the MicroDispenser with a comprehensive range of soaps and sanitizers, cleanroom mops and corresponding hardware, cleanroom tape, sponges and wipes, and detergents and cleaners.
